This vehicle started its life as a bone-stock 1986 Land Rover Defender 110. A complete top-to-bottom restoration was just completed and the vehicle is currently stored in a climate-controlled environment, keeping the restoration looking fresh.

The entire vehicle was carefully disassembled, right down to the frame. The frame was then galvanized and powder-coated. At the same time, the bulkhead was replaced with the modern PUMA-style, complete with excellent heating and air conditioning vents that help keep the interior a comfortable temperature year-round.

The majority of the body was treated to updated, new take-off and new body panels.

The entire body was painted in separate pieces, and then carefully reassembled on the chassis. The interior was color matched, painted in separate pieces then carefully assembled. The outside was painted with high-grade paint in a very new shade of "Quicksand".


All stock hinges were all replaced in favor of anodized aluminum hinges to ensure rust will never be a problem. The front-end was upgraded to an SVX-style assembly. We added full, dark-tinted glass to the rear of the truck and a front winch-bumper fitted with a Superwinch. The heavy-duty swing-away rear tire carrier will keep the strain of the matching spare wheel & tire off of the rear door.


We installed side rock-sliders with tree bars, which not only added to the overall look, it virtually eliminates the dreaded door dings. The rear bumper is equipped with a 2-inch receiver.


We installed a new, full-external roll cage and a complete LED light package from front to rear on the truck. The extended-range fuel tank will ensure more time between fill-ups.


Underneath, we did a full revamp of the suspension, adding a 2-inch lift to the vehicle. We used new Terrafirma shocks and springs all around, with a Terrafirma steering

stabilizer, and new Terrafirma heavy-duty track rod and drag link. New, anodized shock towers and securing rings keep the driveline neutral.


After the lift was completed, we added torqued front radius arms and rear trailing arms. This keeps the driveline from being unnecessarily stressed with the lift. We also added the protection of an aluminum front skidplate.


The original drivetrain was completely scrapped and in its place is the heart of

American muscle. It now has an LS3 turning out ~465hp, coupled to a smooth-shifting 6L80E automatic transmission. A custom, dual Magnaflow exhaust gives it the performance and sound you would expect from the truck without being too intrusive. A brand-new transfer case hooked to all-new, heavy-duty driveshafts sits behind the transmission.


All of the axles have been upgraded with heavy-duty components, from the ring-and-pinion, axle shafts, and CV-joints.

To make sure it can stop as well as it goes, it is equipped with all-new brakes, consisting of red calipers, along with vented and slotted rotors.

Mounted to the 17-inch Land Rover "Predator" wheels, you'll find brand-new General Grabber

red-lettered tires.


The interior was upgraded, too, now featuring 7 leather seats, including heated front seats and a luxurious Alcantara Suede headliner above. The heavy-duty, factory rubber floor mats aid in protecting the carpets.

The dash and door panels are leather-covered with custom red stitching that matches the seats and custom center console. The door panels have aluminum door pulls. The front windscreen is heated for convenience on those chilly mornings.

It now has power windows in the front and middle, along with keyless entry – as well as many more options never offered in a Land Rover Defender from the factory.



A Kenwood stereo, complete with DVD, Bluetooth, navigation, Apple CarPlay, and backup camera brings the interior technology up-to-date. Several charging points have been added to the custom center console for your convenience, and a very nice JL Audio 10-speaker array provides great sound reproduction in the truck.
